New Fitbit app won't show the battery %

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Yesterday,  when I went to "today" and pulled down the screen,  it synced my luxe and showed the battery percentage. Today, it syncs, but doesn't show battery percentage. I tried force stop, and Uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.

Still not showing b battery percentage. Help! I've followed all advice in the help section and forum. Nothing is working! Thanks!

Hello there, @Destinye4life. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and trying to solve the inconvenience with the battery level on the Fitbit app.

Here you find the instructions how to find the battery level on the new Fitbit app:

Though the devices section of the app (link above) shows a battery level indicator, the new dumbed down user interface no longer shows the percentage. Though extremely disappointing, you apparently now only get a rough visual indicator without any actionable percentage information.

Thanks for the help! Never paid attention with the new app! Where do you even get a rough idea, as you mentioned? They need to bring that feature back! I don't want to have to hook up my watch to the charger to see what percentage it's at! Thanks again!
