New Luxe doesn't have apps available to download

Hi. My sister and I both have the same Luxe fit bits. Hers continues to update with a bunch of new apps that can give notifications- now at 24 apps available. Mine still shows only 10 and has has nothing new since I got it. Would anyone know not to fix this? I don’t see any option to update etc…. She hasn’t had to do anything and it automatically just updates on her Fitbit iPhone app. Thanks for any help!

To better assist you, would you mind giving me more details about what you mean by "new apps that can give notifications"? Are you referring to third-party apps? If so, please see How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device?

Thanks for replying! My sister’s notifications list (apps available to give notifications) now has 28 available to choose to give notifications. My list only has 10 to choose (attached pics). I don’t know why my list has never updated with new/more apps. It’s been the same 10 since I bought the Fitbit. Hers has updated 2x with more apps available.

@CesiCee Thank you so much for providing me with more detailed information about your concern. 

Please note if you want more notifications apps to pop up as an option, you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as option in your Fitbit notification's section. For example, tell someone to send a WhatsApp, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that WhatsApp is already an option to be selected.
