New Luxe for Christmas not setting up

I got a new Luxe for Christmas and it won't pair with my Zflip phone Samsung.  I have tried all the steps and nothing works.  I even talked to the chat help, which he was not helpful.  When setting it up it says found it, and tries to connect but it always fails.  Should I return it?  Any advice

I was told it is a known issue with folds and flips.

and they are working on it,  but no update. Hopefully if enough people post they will fix.
