Received a Luxe as a gift. After powering it up and downloading the App to my laptop and syncing my watch, nothing seems to work! When the watch is connected to the power lead all I see is the Fitbit logo followed by a message to download the fitbit mobile app on the watch face.
When I put my watch on and tap the screen, nothing happens!
I do not have space on my mobile to download the app which is why I downloaded it to my laptop.
So frustrating!!
Anyone have any answers?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.
To set up and sync your Tracker, you'll need an Android or an iOS supported device. Once the set up process has been completed, your Luxe will start displaying your stats.
