Bought a new Luxe to replace a Charge 2 which died a few weeks ago. Found it only works with the app on a phone with more up to date OS than I had. OK, so I bought a new phone!!! Still it won't happen for me!!!!!!!!
New phone has now got the Fitbit App so must be the up to date version - have tried uninstall and then reinstalled. Bluetooth on etc., but no sync.
Can anyone suggest a way through this as it is driving me mad after hours of trying and buying a new phone too?

Hooray!!! I seem to have fixed it by replacing the Luxe originally added to my account as if I had a new one and I get much more action on the Luxe screen... including an update for the luxe software itself which is downloading as I write.
Maybe, just maybe..... this may work and help someone else.
