I received a Luxe for Christmas. I am trying to set it up. When I plug it in to charge, it briefly flashes the Fitbit logo and vibrates twice. Nothing else will show on the screen. I tried to connect it to my Fitbit app, and the app finds the device and sends a pairing code. However, the pairing code does not show on the Luxe screen.

Hi there, @JessicaSkeens. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your new Luxe.
As a first approach, I suggest charging your Luxe around 1-2 hours. Since it's fairly new, it might have not enough battery life to run. Nevertheless, it's still not turning on after this period of time, please restart your Luxe.
If the above doesn't work and your Luxe keeps stuck on the Fitbit logo, please see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
