I just got my Luxe and went to charge it. Initially it looked like it was connected and charging so I left it alone for about 3 hours or so. When I came back, it wasn't charged and nothing indicating that it was connected. So, I have spent the last hour trying different USB ports, cleaned charger and ports on Luxe. Once in a while, I get the Luxe to vibrate and come up with the blue diamond, then it goes blank. Do I have a bad charger or a bad Luxe?
