New Luxe won't charge

Just recently got a Luxe and it’s not charging. I’ve tried every “fix” I can find (pressing the button 3 times, different wall units, different chargers). All that happens when I do the 3 press method is the Fitbit logo flashes for a quick second, then back to black and no response to touch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I agree with @JohnnyRow, have you tried that? Most of the time when a Fitbit device is only showing the Fitbit log is due to it needs to be pair or repair with the Fitbit app. To set it up, please follow these instructions How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Have you tried acting as if it is charged and tried setting it up as a device from your phone's fitbit app?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Mine won’t charge either and now I’m not even getting the Fitbit logo for a quick second. I already have it set up on my phone. Will it allow me to set it up again? It’s totally dead at this point so how would it allow me set up?
