Hello,
My new Luxe will not connect to my phone but my old one still will. I have deleted the old Luxe but the new one is not recognized by my phone but it will recognize the old one. Please help. I have wasted too many hours trying to get this to work. Thanks!
Update: I finally spoke with a Fitbit representative and he did something on his side that corrected the problem. Yay!
