New Luxe won't track my health metrics data

Purchased from Amazon April 5th 2022. Day 4. None of the above listed data. Heart rate, oxygen saturation seem to be working okay. If something doesn't happen soon there will be a return to Amazon and a bad review.  I have followed all the rebooting and updating steps.

Well, customer service was a combination of AI chat box, chat and a hung up
telephone call so it wasn't very helpful. Planning on returning my Fitbit
to Amazon in the next couple of days.
