New Luxe won't track my heart rate

I have now had 4 luxe watches in just over a month and none have tracked my heart rate. This must be a common issue with the Luxe? Anyone else having issues? If heart rate is not tracking the Fitbit is useless as it then doesn’t track exercise, sleep etc.
