I just received my luxe in the mail yesterday. I wore it to bed and when I woke up there was no data. I have auto tracking turned on and it never worked. If this can’t record my sleep automatically then I don’t want it.

Hi there, @Emmy_D. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your new Luxe. I understand where your concern is coming from.
Sleep stages are based on heart rate data. Since you both just got the Fitbit Luxe, give the heart rate a few days to settle down. It does some calculations, looking at heart rate throughout the day and while you are sleeping, so it might just not have enough data to give a reasonable value yet.

Hope this helps.
