I have a new Luxe. It recorded sleep data fine for the first 2 nights and then last 2 nights it has recorded nothing or at least nothing is showing in the app. I’ve reset the app and restarted the device. How do I fix this? It’s pretty frustrating to have a device not doing what you want it to do!

Hi there, @elwm. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.
Sleep stages are based on heart rate data. Since you both just got the Fitbit Luxe, give the heart rate a few days to settle down. It does some calculations, looking at heart rate throughout the day and while you are sleeping, so it might just not have enough data to give a reasonable value yet.

I’ve had my luxe for 2 weeks and it has tracked sleep data every night until last night. Any ideas why it suddenly isn’t tracking my sleep?? I have tried restarting the device and syncing many times, but no sleep data is syncing.

I have the same problem. Fitbits just seem to get glitchier, not better.
