New Luxe won't track my sleep data

This is my third day of using.

I went to bed at 10.30pm and fell asleep almost immediately. I woke about 7.15am and a couple of times in the night. Luxe claims I was only sleeping from after midnight and is not showing oxygen saturation levels

Hi there, @MandyPB. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Luxe.

Sleep stages are based on heart rate data. Since you just got the Fitbit Luxe, give the heart rate a few days to settle down. It does some calculations, looking at heart rate throughout the day and while you are sleeping, so it might just not have enough data to give a reasonable value yet.
