Is there a secret to turn on the luxe? Total black screen for both i ordered, straight out of the box. No charge icon, no logo nothing.

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Luxe. For instructions, click here.
If the issue persists, please charge your Fitbit device around 1-2 hours to see if the screen comes up.
