New Luxe won't turn on

I just got the Luxe today. I was going through the setup in the app and it won’t turn on or charge. I tried the reset with the button on the charging cable nothing. Nothing is working and chat keeps telling me to try and update the Luxe but it’s not on and won’t do anything. Any advice/tips/help?

Turns out it was the charger. They sent me a new one bc it was under warranty and that worked immediately!

Just leave it alone on charge for an hour or 2, if you didn't.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I have done this several times, I still can’t turn it on
