New to Fitbit and disappointed. Faulty Luxe - screen comes off

I have purchased my first Fitbit, I had chosen the Luxe model and W hat a disappointment! Since this was my first Fitbit I was unsure of what to expect. The screen sounded loose while I tapped it but thought that was the norm as friends and colleagues have Apple and Garmin watches and said it must because it’s just a Fitbit. But after the second day of wear , the screen stuck to my finger and came off, I tapped it back in then it just kept coming loose. Now it just hangs out and attached only by it’s wires. This means I’ve still had no opportunity to see if all of its specifications are in full working order and we’re as I was expecting. 
Anyone else had issues like this as I am still waiting a response from Fitbit customer services after emailing photographs, case number and all other relevant information they needed.

I’ve tried email, phone calls and online chat. No one can help me, they just say that the query has gone higher 🤷‍:female_sign:Very disappointed with Fitbit
