What is the reason the device sometimes doesn't measure HRV, and how can I make sure it does so every night?

Hi, @9Ab33, welcome to the community, you may find this article is of interest How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device? - Fitbit Help Center may I suggest you take the opportunity to review it and the links? I apologise if you have already seen this. When you wake in the morning the health metrics are sometimes incomplete, the remedy is to sync the Fitbit app a couple of times so your data has time to get to the Fitbit servers and then return to your app.
I hope this helps, let us know how you get on by posting here again.
Cheers

I've taken a look at the link, but I don't think any of that is related.
The device works perfectly for the exception of it not measuring HRV sometimes.
I'm wondering if this is a bug or if my device is broken.

Hi, @9Ab33, thanks for your feedback, as an experienced community member I believe that if you were suffering from a "Bug" there would be many more consistent reports on the same issue. You could of course, have an inconsistent faulty device but you say everything else works. In my experience, HRV is sometimes slow to appear and very occasionally absent, that is why I provided advice about syncing. In my case, I put these occasional events down to a restless night's sleep, and the movement of the device on my wrist. If you continue to have this problem review the points about how to wear the device on your wrist, and restart your Luxe from the Luxe settings. This video demonstrates the process.
I hope this helps.
Cheers
