Hi,
I have a Fitbit luxe for a few years and generally a map was available after a run session (started from the Fitbit device).
I recently switched to a new smartphone and have access to the position. The device is well connected by Bluetooth, but after the training there is no map showing on the training recording.
How could I solve that?
Thank you.

Hi @Pao.La, Thanks for stopping by, I hope you're doing well.
Let me help you track your runs with your Luxe.
The fact the lack of map issue arrived when you changed mobile makes me believe the issue is related to the GPS signal gathered by this new device.
Before looking into this more deeply, check if the GPS is actually launched on the device while starting an activity. On your Luxe:
- Swipe right or left to the Exercise app, then swipe up to find an exercise.
- Tap to choose an exercise, then swipe up through the exercise settings.
- Tap GPS to turn it on.
- Swipe down to return to the exercise screen.

Hi David,
Thank you for the reply.
The GPS is well turned on in the device, but the Luxe still cannot connect.
It gives the message "GPS not found"
How could this be solved?

P

@Pao.La You mentioned that you got a new phone. The Luxe uses connected GPS. It's possible you are missing a phone setting. Please see this Help article with the relevant section expanded for you.
