No sleep score, can't adjust face to show only time, date & calories burn

I had the Charge HR and miss it. My needs from this Luxe are simple:  give me the time, date, calories burned and sleep stage info. That's all I need or want. I cannot find a way to get ONLY those things and not have to see the rest. Making setting changes is not user friendly or reliable. I wear it snug on my non-dominant wrist and do NOTHING different than when I wore the Charge HR. Everything worked well then and doesn't now. Does the company have any phone tech support??

Hi, @DaisyMom814, welcome to the community, "Customer Support" is here and I recommend you use the Chat facility or phone for a prompt response. I do not believe you can edit the displays on your "Luxe", but you can on the app on your phone. On the today page of the Fitbit app touch the edit button in the top right corner, "X" appear on each tile, touch one and is relegated to the reserve area where it can be recovered in the future. once you have the screen as you desire it touch done. You can also change the order of the tiles by dragging the "X" up or down.
