Not even 1 month old and screen unreadable

My Fitbit Luxe is not even a month old and the screen is not readable.  If anything appears at all on the screen, it is a pixelated line that eventually disappears.  I can’t see any screens at all.  It just stopped working yesterday.

Tried a restart ?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
