Loved my Fitbit Lux. Have had a few months, upgraded to the mesh band. NOT recommended. Just opening fridge door would unclasp the magnet closure. Yesterday, my Fitbit came off at the grocery, could have been the metal cart or a shelf.... The Fitbit was lost. Hoping it will be turned in, as it was new, and costly and now lost due to a poor band

Hi, @Windes12 if your Fitbit still has battery, you can check whether it is in the grocery store by going back, opening the Fitbit app, and checking if it syncs. (It is a big store you may need to wander around a bit to check for syncing.). I found a lost Fitbit in a grocery store once exactly that way. The staff insisted it wasn’t there and that no one had handed it in. But I knew it was there because it synced the minute I walked in. Eventually a security guard found it jammed in the bottom of one of shopping baskets!
You could also try one of the Bluetooth finder apps. Have a look here for suggestions.
Good luck! Let us know how it goes. Welcome to the forums!
