Not showing every heartbeat on the app chart-Luxe

Hello! 
I am having some heart problems lately and recently purchased the Luxe. I realized that the app on the phone doesn’t show every heartbeat. Is this normal? When l was walking, l saw on the watch the heart rate is 117 but the chart on the app goes 100, even though it is synced. Has anyone experienced this?

Thank you for your response. I am already in contact with a cardiologist. The use of fitbit is for myself to see how things are. But unfortunately l am still having the same problem, the graph doesn’t show the values that the watch gets.
