Notifications and connectivity

Has anyone else had major issues with notifications and connectivity? I regularly have sync issues (it takes several minutes - or won’t sync at all). Also, I was able to get notifications on my watch fine for the first couple of weeks of having it. Since then, I get very, very rare step alerts, no text message alerts, and maybe one calendar alert a week. The only notification that I regularly get is the once-a-minute buzzing to let me know that I’m talking on my phone (does anyone know how to turn that %^#@ing one off???) Also, my find my phone button never works.

I tried to work with support. It took an hour, they got it to work for an alert or two and then it went right back to nothing. This is so frustrating! Not sure if I got a dud and need to return? Or another possibility - Apple changed their iPhone notification settings (now called “haptics” with more complicated options vs the prior “vibrate”) around the time that this stopped working. Has Fitbit not caught up with the update? It was right around the same time that this crapped out.

I've got exactly the same problem my mum and dad bought me mine for Christmas it worked for a couple of weeks now I get nothing at all but when I got to the notifications on the luxe there's notifications there. I went to PC World where I got it from said contact support but if that doesn't work I can change it for another one

Ugh, I'm sorry. I'm just wondering whether it's actually an Apple/Fitbit problem - in which case, I wonder whether a new device would even help me.

Does @Fitbit support ever chime in on these message boards?

Fitbit customer support is a joke. I gave up & switching to a company that cares about customers. Since google bought fitbit, quality of product & customer service has tanked. After 9 years bye bye fitbit
