Notifications are not coming through my Luxe anymore

I suddenly stop receiving any notifications on Luxe device and I have gone through the forum, googled everything and have done all the suggestions,:

- restart luxe

- unpair and re pair bluetooth

uninstall app, gone through every setting to see that it is contected,  turned everything off and back on, and still silence, no sleep mode it on, nor is Do not disturb, and this isn't the first time the devices just stop working, thinking of using different smart device, who is your competitor - would rather use them at this stage

Me too. I have tried everything as well. 
I’m having issues with the step count as well. It seems to double them.

i am just going to throw it out and never purchase fitbit again, they are not worth the money from seeing all the complaints here and no one seems to help

Hi there, @KingLL @SJak. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe devices are still not receiving notifications. I understand how you guys must be feeling, I will do my best to help you with this!

In addition to the steps you've tried, I'd recommend resetting the notifications settings on your Fitbit app. To do so, please try the following in the order listed:

- Sync your Luxe
- On the Fitbit app > Tap on your profile picture > Tap on Luxe > Tap Notifications and you'll see the option to disable them or to turn them on. If they are already off, try turning them on. 
- Log out of your Fitbit app
- Force quit the Fitbit app
Restart your Luxe 
- Log back into your Fitbit app
- Turn off the Notifications settings

Yes this app has been useless for me lately. Had issues since day one with it not tracking anything other than walking. Won't allow weights or biking or anything. Now not tracking heart nor oxygen levels on and off. Supports useless.  And I also have not gotten notifications of any sort since the first month

Definitely having the same issue.  The forced log-out for update deactivated all notifications except phone calls.  I get them even when in DND mode.
