Notifications are not coming through my Luxe

Hi 

None of my calls are coming through to my Luxe.

I have tried deleting the app and disconnecting the Fitbit and turning off my phone. Nothing worked.

Agreed. I am having the same problem, not just with calls, but all notifications. I have also toggled notifications, re-paired Bluetooth, restarted Luxe, then deleted and reinstalled FitBit app- no luck thus far. Hoping it’s a bug in the new device, and hoping it’s easily fixed!

Hi there, @Tiggie75 @G8trGirl. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Fitbit Luxe devices before reaching out. 

 

Before going any further, please confirm that you've covered all troubleshooting steps provided here Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones. Also, make sure you turn OFF and then back ON the Share System Notifications setting if it is on.

 

On the other hand, since you're on an iOS device, let me know if you're receiving third-party text notifications but not iMessages. If that turns out to be the case, try toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always".

I’m receiving call notifications AND also getting notifications for when I’m making a call... I know I’m making a call. But none of my text messages are coming in the notifications. Hopefully this will be fixed soon..

While reading your post, I was wondering if the text messages you're not receiving are iMessages? If so, please take a look at this post of mine and try the suggestions I've shared there to see if they do the trick for you.

I’m having exactly the same issue and have tried EVERYTHING in all the troubleshooting guides multiple times, each with no success. Text messages are the only notification that are not working at all. I’ve even tried reinstalling the app.
I’m beginning to think it’s either a software or equipment issue and considering returning it unless there really is a solution as all of my settings are correct and there’s nothing else for me to check or re-do. 
It IS helpful to k ow it’s not only me, though.

I’m having the same issue with call and messages not coming through. One day it will work fine and the next day nothing will go through!! I have spent time with chat and it still won’t work properly. I’m not impressed with the new Luxe especially after waiting for extra time to get it. Hope they fix this issue soon
