Notifications are not coming through my Luxe

My Fitbit isn’t getting any notifications. I checked the Bluetooth settings and the notification settings and everything looks like it set up the right way but nothing buzzes in on my wrist. Has anyone else encountered this?

Hi there, @Averymm. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. 

Have you checked if your Luxe is not either on sleep or DND mode? 

When the do not disturb setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The do not disturb icon illuminates in quick settings, 

 

When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.

I encounter the same issues and my watch is not in sleep mode neither DND mode.
