Hi All,
I bought an Inspire HR in 2019. It worked great for about a year and then for some reason it stopped receiving and displaying text notifications. I continued to wear it because it worked well otherwise. My girlfriend got me a Luxe this past Christmas (2022) so that I would get text notifications. For some reason I am still not getting them. After activating and syncing I would get phone calls but now I don't get those either. I've gone through troubleshooting steps with tech support as well as everything I've been able to find online and I have been unable to resolve the issue. Everything indicates that my notifications are on and the device is synced. Any suggestions?

As a first approach, I'd suggest checking if your Luxe is still linked and syncing to your Fitbit app. If your Fitbit Luxe is now not receiving calls, it looks like it might be no paired anymore.
Nevertheless, if your Luxe is paired and syncing, I was wondering (in case you're an iOS user) if the text messages your Versa 4 is not receiving are iMessages? I also have an iPhone and had a similar trouble with those messages, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". If this steps don't work for you, please confirm that you've followed all steps provided here Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.
