Notifications are not coming through my Luxe

I just recently got my phone number and text messages and calls rnt going through on my Fitbit luxe. Notifications from other apps r working fine it's just with texting and calling. I messed around with settings quite a bit and nothing helped. I also reinstalled the app, nothing-

Ya so they just randomly started coming thru without me doing anything it's rlly weird-

this article - click to view - tells how to set up notifications. Check your phone settings, too. When I changed phones, I had to reset my notifications (Android) on the app permissions.

I've done all this and texts and calls still won't go through.
