Dear colleagues
The Fitbit Lux watch was purchased two weeks ago, but the messages and messages did not appear on the watch screen, as all that appears is this phrase
“ unable to connect to Device Error connecting with device. Please make sure your Fitbit Is nearby And powered on and then Please try again .
Please help me to solve the problem.

I was wondering the same as @Odyssey13, have you made sure that your Luxe was properly set up to your Fitbit account? If your mobile phone does meet the requirements to properly operate with your Luxe, see Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones
