Notifications are not coming through my Luxe

Hi All,  when i first got my new luxe i received call and text notifications, but they seem to have stopped.  I've been to settings and all notifications are turned on.  I did try turning off and on again, but still no notifications on luxe when i receive calls or text.  My phone is an iphone 11.  Can anybody help.

Hello,
I've done everything to receive call and text notifications on my fitbit.
I've shared system notifications, i've been through each individual phone and messages allowing access.
I've restarted the fitbit
and now i've restored factory settings, and deleted it from my phone. Unfortunately, though i cannot get it to reconnect.
The phone goes through all the questions of, fitbit would like to send notifications, allow access and pair etc, but the fitbit is stuck on the screen that says download the fitbit app.
Please help, i've only had this a month, and my last fitbit alta HR lasted years.

Can you guys please post here what the resolution was? I have the exact same issue also with iPhone 11.  We tried going through customer care back in June when we first got the device, but the troubleshooting only resolved the issue for about a day. I have only been able to get an alarm to go off on this device about twice. I randomly/occasionally get texts but will go weeks without getting any. I love so much about the luxe but I’m really disappointed about this notifications issue and can’t for the life of me figure out how it’s connected to alarms not working either.  Help!!

Unfortunately I was unable to resolve my issues. I tried restoring factory settings, but I was then unable to reconnect to my iPhone 11. Luckily I was able to return my luxe within the 45 days return policy
