I have been unable to set up my new Luxe to receive text and phone call notifications from my phone.  I've even watched youtube videos of how to do it, but I don't get the same options to choose from.  My Samsungs IOS is up to date, as is the Luxe.  Any advice?

Hi @JBMyles  check out this article on how it works and what to do if there is an issue - click to go there. Sometimes the videos on YouTube are old and placed by individuals and not necessarily Fitbit. Let us know what happens.
