Notifications are not coming through my Luxe

I have not been receiving text notifications on my Luxe. I have it switched to ON in the app but still nothing

Hi there, @freitagd. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for making sure that you've switched the notifications to ON. 

 

Before going any further, please confirm that you've covered all troubleshooting steps provided here Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones. Also, make sure you turn OFF and then back ON the Share System Notifications setting if it is on.

 

On the other hand, if you're using an iOS device, please let me know if you're receiving third-party text notifications but not iMessages. If that turns out to be the case, try toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always".

Where do I go for the General. I have looked on the Luxe itself and the App on my phone

@freitagd This setting is on your iPhone not on the Fitbit app nor your Luxe. 🙂

@MarreFitbit @I am not seeing the preview option. IMessage is just a toggle

@MarreFitbit I just went through the pair process and a restart of my Luxe with no luck

I'm having the exact same problem.  I got 2 text message notifications, but nothing again.  My luxe won't even stay connected to bluetooth (when I go to check that on my phone...???)

@Tdinkydog So I was able to get mine to work by tinkering around! I believe I was in my iPhones settings>Notifications>Show Previews. That has to be marked to Always. Let me know if this helps you!

@Tdinkydog but they stopped coming through again this evening. @MarreFitbit @my phone was right next to me when a text came through and nothing popped up on my Luxe
