Notifications are not coming through my Luxe

I went through all the set up processes and trouble shooting but Liz will not send call/text notifications, anyone else hv the issue?

As @DramaQueenDiva has asked, may we know the model of your mobile Android and iPhone phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

If you haven't done so yet, please try these steps Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones and Why are notifications delayed or missing?

Also, make sure that your Luxe is not either in sleep mode or DND. When the do not disturb setting is on:

• Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
• The do not disturb icon illuminates in quick settings.

When sleep mode is on:

• Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
• The screen's brightness is set to dim.
• The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake Luxe, firmly tap the screen twice.
• The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.

Sleep mode turns off automatically when you set a sleep schedule. For more information, see Adjust settings.

You can't turn on the do not disturb setting and sleep mode at the same time. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
