Notifications are not coming through my Luxe

I've done everything in the troubleshoot. Checked the settings for Bluetooth, made sure DND and sleep mode were off, checked notifications on my app. Still not getting texts. Only phone calls. I chatted with customer service who were no help. Acted like they'd email me and never got an email back. I remember the same thing happened to my charge 2 Fitbit for some reason. But this is a new Fitbit so this shouldn't happen.

Hi there, @MigBee. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.

Regarding the notifications, I'd recommend following the tips and recommendations provided in this help article Why are notifications delayed or missing?

As for the screen wake, have you made sure that this feature is enable? If you haven't done so yet, please go to your quick settings and check if the screen wake has been accidentally been turned off. To do so, swipe down from the clock screen to access the quick settings. Here you can change whether the screen turns on when you turn your wrist. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.

Hello

I have the same problem, in not getting any notifications since I purchased a new Luxe Fitbit.

I'm also having a problem with the screen, as in it is blank unless I tap it a few times.

There doesn't seen any reason to have a Fitbit, if it doesn't have these features.

I look forward to any help you can provide.

Many thanks
