I don't receive an error, I don't get anything sent to me. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy s10E, I haven't changed phones.

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend following the tips and recommendations provided here Why are notifications delayed or missing?
Also, please make sure that the sleep mode or DND feature isn't turned on as this will prevent your Luxe from getting any sort of notification. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
