After two times with your help desk, my Luxe will not vibrate when I received a text unless I sync it myself EVERY DAY. My old fitbit would keep this sync for several days until I had to power up. I was on yesterday for 20 minutes and this morning I did not receive vibration or notification when I got a text and my phone was 4 feet away from me?????? HELP
