Notifications are not coming through my Luxe

Hi did you ever get this resolved as I have the same issue, bought new Luxe and was getting notifications for the first day and now nothing. I have tried everything I can google, restart phone, turn on and off BT for Luxe, restart fit bit.  Nothing works so thinking I might have to return it and go back to my Fitbit charge 2.

If you are still stuck please post here again with details of your phone and confirmation everything else on your Luxe is working normally.
