I just got the luxe a week ago, and have noticed that I have to reset the notifications for calls/texts/calendar notifications, as well as the "share system notification" under bluetooth, turn my phone off and back on, then resync my fitbit mulitple times a day as it stops syncing texts and calls. Is this normal? If so I plan to return.

I’ve had my luxe for just on three months but have only had 5 weeks good use and am now waiting on the second replacement, it takes a few weeks to arrive.
your best bet it to get onto the chat service, phoning cuts out and you have then lost time, emails don’t work either. But chat definitely will get you an answer.
im very disappointed in Fitbit so good luck
