I have tried all the suggested ideas about restarting notifications with no luck, including having the phone forget the Luxe twice and reattaching. I am very frustrated because I can’t turn the volume up on the ringer and this is the only way to know if the phone rings. The only thing, that may or may not be related, is that I left town for three days and it stopped when I got back. Thanks for the help.
