It pairs fine with the iPad. I've tried turning Bluetooth off/on, phone off/on, forgetting device, restarting both. Online chat person had no other suggestions. Has this happened to anyone else? It won't pair with the phone even when unpaired with the iPad.

I have no e xerience with Apple products, but I'd suggest you unpair it from the ipad and REMOVE IT from the bluetooth listing of available devices on the Ipad. If you have it set up for notifications on the Ipad, remove that. Then either turn bluetooth on the iPad off or turn off the iPad. Restart your Luxe a coup.e of times and restart your phone and try syncing with the phone again. Modern Fitbits don't seem to respond well to trying to sync with 2 devices so if you can get it syncing to your phone again, keep your iPad out of the equation.

THANK YOU! I guess I didn't do all the restarting/unpairing in that order, at the same time. But this worked. Hope it lasts!

Please remember that most BT devices can only connect to one BT source at a time.
If you want to switch devices, phone/tablet, you may have to turn the BT off on the other device phone/tablet.
Your tracker will stayed paired with each phone/tablet, it just may not connect.
Paired simply means that it is a trusted device and will connect without asking for permission.

I ended up deleting the app from my iPad. Kind of a pain that I can't see my stats on there, but I haven't had the issue since it's been paired with only one device.
