I have ordered a gift for my wife, after confirming the order i discovered that i had to choose the size Small instead of L, now i am not being able to contact Fitbit, cause when you go to customer service there is no number or email or anything you can contact them with. what should i do now ?

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

Hi Thank you for your help !! but there is nothing like that anywhere on their website !! 

 

1- Fit bit community 

2- fit bit support through twitter who I sent them, they asked me to check Help.

3- menstrual health tracking

4- fitbit troubleshooting

5- broken band

6- fitbit premium

 

there is no other options, there is no number nothing for EU
