Received my Luxe on Thursday, so far I’m just trying to track my sleep but it’s not working, it only tracks my sleep for a portion of the night. Today it says I went to sleep at around 4:30 and woke up at around 7:30. Actually was around 12M and 9. I am a restless sleeper, and get up a few times a night for the bathroom but not awake for long. Also, everytime i’m on the app it keeps asking me to pair my luxe but bluetooth shows it connected. Right now It’s not syncing and the smart wake alarms I set are not working. Very disappointed, as I always heard fit bit was the best- At this rate I will go back yo my Garmin. I’ve already talked to online support 2x.
