Hi,
Is there a way to enable audio cues on my phone if i start the run activity on the fitbit device?
I tried starting the run on both - phone and device but then i end up having two runs logged with doubled zone minutes
If I start the run on my phone only, I don't get heart rate stats logged
Thanks

Only way to get audio cues is to start from phone app; that's only advantage I know to starting from phone.
My guess is that starting workout from phone is leftover from before fitbits had on-device starting capability, and audio cues just never got built in to newer app.

If I start the run on the phone, it doesn't log my heart rate, whats the point of having fitbit then? I am struggling to understand fitbit logic here...

That was my point. Starting workout from the phone app is a leftover from long ago before fitbit could even measure heart rate. And they just happened to leave the app there, probably so people used to using it would not complain. Other than possibly audio cues, there is no reason to use it, and I don't think it is referenced in any fitbit documentation.

So strange... With Luxe, one has to run with her/his phone in hand anyway, why not take advantage of that, synching the run between the fitbit device and the fitbit app on the phone, enabling the audio cues...

I can explain some of the hows, not necessarily the whys.
