I've received an email from Fitbit regarding shipping...(hopefully you have an email too! But if not, read on... )

Maybe ironing out bugs...? They also offered me 50% off a Luxe accessory. I wish they were shipping sooner but hey ho, if they're making things better for us I'd rather wait and be happy with the product 🙂 x

Hope they are busy programming and adding a weather app. Current temp on a watch/tracker is a must have for me.

My Luxe was ordered as a gift. I received an email when it was ordered, but nothing sense. Would definitely use the 50% off coupon.

Too bad their shopping cart doesn't work. @Customerservice: I would appreciate a reply since I cannot find any way of contacting you about your actual store, only devices and platforms.
1) The coupon code shows at 50% discount, but when the payment window opens, it shows the full price.
2) When I attempt to pay via PayPal or CC, I get the following error: 'Error submitting cart: Error: Request failed with status 500'
I've been trying to place an order for over a week now... still getting the above error. And I hate to mention the fact that I'm buying the Luxe to replace my Charge 3 which stopped vibrating about a year ago, and over the past 6 months or so the display has gotten more and more faded and unreadable. Why am I purchasing another fitbit? Someone please remind me!

- the emails imply that they are "on their way" but that is all I have.... so I was reassured to read that we are all waiting, I have not received any offers or promotions!

Order mine in April. Still nothing. Why would I ever order accessories when I can’t even get my order delivered.

From that, I assume that it will be mid-June at the earliest.

I think there could be some hardware issue/issues with Luxe which they maybe fixing. That's why it's taking so long to ship, usually software issues can be fixed within few days. Bought Sense and I am really disappointed with how it works. Sleep tracking is hit or miss, checking weather is cumbersome, wake from sleep is bothersome etc etc...Did not order Luxe because of big bezels and no built-in GPS.

If so, a small wait now is worth a couple of years of regret or frustration.
These days there are so many factors that can cause delays, I'm trying to be more patient with everything. It works most of the time 😉

Hi! I pre-ordered from Macy's but they're not offering the 50% discount on an accessory. Is the code you received single-use/unique or are you able to share it? TIA
