I've received an email from Fitbit regarding shipping...(hopefully you have an email too! But if not, read on... )

Thank you for being one of the first to order our newest fitness and wellness tracker, Fitbit Luxe. We hope you’re as excited about it as we are!

We wanted to let you know we’re still putting a few finishing touches on the product experience, and we estimate you’ll receive your Luxe within the next few weeks.

We’re working hard to get you your tracker as soon as possible—and we promise it’ll be worth the wait!

Maybe ironing out bugs...? They also offered me 50% off a Luxe accessory. I wish they were shipping sooner but hey ho, if they're making things better for us I'd rather wait and be happy with the product 🙂 x

Can I just ask why orders are being shipped from Holland ?

 

I'm from the UK and when I placed my order, I just assumed it would go through to a UK order team - my tracking number shows its coming from Holland??!

@deans6571 Same 😂 maybe that’s where they are manufactured 🤔  mine says it has left the parcel center now on the tracking website.

...anyone from the UK received their gorjana Luxe braclet yet ?

 

My Luxe is arriving today (order 6th May) but the gorjana for Luxe Parker Link Bracelet, which was in the same order, is NOT arriving.

 

I also ordered the Luxe Stainless Steel Mesh (Soft Gold Stainless Steel) on 28th May but that's still showing as 'Order Received' ...?! 

 

Why have the trackers been shipped out without any of the accessories??

Still waiting for the extra bracelets I ordered though (gorjana for Luxe Parker Link Bracelet (Soft Gold Stainless Steel)   and also the Luxe Stainless Steel Mesh (Soft Gold Stainless Steel) ), which looks like they are being shipped at a later date (I'm in the UK).

@deans6571 Yesss 🤗 I’ve been playing with it all day! My first Fitbit. Connected instantly and it’s really cool. Even get WhatsApp messages pop up. Excited to go to sleep tonight 😂 

 

Btw I read some threads on here and I logged out of the app… deleted the app… then reinstalled before I synced my Fitbit and had no issues. 

Same here. I ordered gold stainless and that’s still saying order “received”.

I live in Central London and I have received a .pdf document to say my Fitbit was delivered 18 June but I have not received anything.  It is from a no reply email so I cannot actually find out what is going on.  Anyone else not received their new Fitbit luxe yet?

@VictoriaLondon How odd?? When mine was delivered with parcelforce (yesterday 21st June) didn’t receive a pdf document. Everything was emailed from parcelforce (which went to my spam… thanks to @deans6571 for the heads up else I wouldn’t have checked my spam!) 

 

Maybe check spam folder. Who was the pdf from? Fitbit? Xx

Thanks - so when is my new fitbit arriving please, i have no email to say that it is on its way, I pre-ordered,  I have a note and "invoice" receipt, but no fitbit  - what do I do now please?

I ordered my luxe on 5 May and the money was taken out of my account on 15 June, so thought it was on its way,but no after 3 days the money was back in my account. So I have no idea what is happening………

...just as an update - both my other existing bracelet orders (gorjana for Luxe Parker Link Bracelet (Soft Gold Stainless Steel) and the Luxe Stainless Steel Mesh (Soft Gold Stainless Steel)) have both been shipped today so should have them next week (Standard 4 Working Days).

Hi, I am from Australia and they did the same thing. Now, 24.6.21 the payment has been removed from my credit card. I have been without a Smart watch for 2 months and my exercise regime has crashed. I may have to cancel my order and go and buy another Samsung.
