I've received an email from Fitbit regarding shipping...(hopefully you have an email too! But if not, read on... )

Thank you for being one of the first to order our newest fitness and wellness tracker, Fitbit Luxe. We hope you’re as excited about it as we are!

We wanted to let you know we’re still putting a few finishing touches on the product experience, and we estimate you’ll receive your Luxe within the next few weeks.

We’re working hard to get you your tracker as soon as possible—and we promise it’ll be worth the wait!

Maybe ironing out bugs...? They also offered me 50% off a Luxe accessory. I wish they were shipping sooner but hey ho, if they're making things better for us I'd rather wait and be happy with the product 🙂 x

So most companies will take an auth out on your card upon order & it gets refunded. I also got fully charged today & that usually means the item is shipping quite soon. Also the fact that reviews are starting to pop out usually means the item is days away. I predict the preorders will ship out by the end of this week.

I'm in Australia, ordered late April and credit card charged today. That's a positive sign!

I asked and they initially told me my request was "rejected." I followed up to ask what the criteria was, (as I've seen folks on this thread who have had success with getting their free trial extended) and they offered me an extra 3 months. They still never told me why some people are getting their trial extended and others aren't...

 

I just want my **ahem** watch at this point.

One thing to note is that only 1 of the 2 Luxe I ordered shipped. The black one shipped but not the gold

Great stuff. I’ve looked on another UK retailer website (Curry’s PC World) and it says Coming Soon. Get it delivered on release day - 01/07/2021 … sooo no idea 🤷🏻‍:female_sign:😂

The only retailer that I have found showing a release date in Australia has it as "7th July 2021"!

I've been to one of Curry's in London and one staff told me to choose pickup in-store after 01/07. Ps. my order was also charged yesterday.... no update from Fitbit. Checked their customer support on Twitter still reply w the same reason that they are finalizing product experience and not knowing a specific date to ship out...

...if you look at your original email confirming the order, there is a 'Check Your Order Status' button which re-directs to the Fitbit order status page.

...mine only changed to 'Processing' today - yours may change today at some point as well. My payment has also been charged so that's another confirm that its also on its way soon!
