Hi, @Cfries1 , pregnancy tracking is not available at this time.  You can read the full details of what you can track using the menstrual health tracking in this help article .  You might also like to have a look at Google’s post “What you can expect when you’re expecting (while wearing a Fitbit tracker)” which will give you tips on the best way to use your Fitbit during this time.  You can find the article here .
