I did not order fit bit Premium. This is the second time this has happened. I do not want Premium and didn’t ask for it.
I already contacted support and haven’t gotten anywhere with it. No help to be had. Please help me to remove Premium and get me back to my regular app. I hope my data is intact.

As you've mentioned, I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've mentioned to you that the Premium subscription has been cancelled.
