Hi, Fitbit novice here. I received the Fitbit Luxe with Premium included for a trial period. I'm fairly sure that I set the device up properly, but the features available in Premium are all locked. Can anyone help please?

If you have successfully set up your Tracker by following these steps, please visit this article, open the menu "How do I purchase or start my trial of Fitbit Premium?" and follow the instructions.

Thanks, but still no success unfortunately.
I live in France, and my partner bought the Fitbit via Amazon.fr. Although
I read and understand French, I changed the location to the UK, so as to
see the details on the device in English. Could this be part of the problem?
I have now changed the location back to France, using the app, then logged
out and logged back in again. The Premium icon now appears in yellow,
before it was grey, but still nothing happens when I tap it.
It's all rather annoying and not very good for the stress score!
Thanks for any other suggestions you may have.
